About Venture Mechanical Systems Ltd. & VMS Technical

Our Mission

Venture Mechanical Systems Ltd. has been in operation since April of 1994, and VMS Technical Inc. was incorporated in 2002. We feel that emphasis on cooperation and safety in the workplace are the most important factors that contribute to our procurement of projects and successful completion of these projects.

We have the structure in place to provide our services from the design phase through the installation and onto the maintenance and service stage of mechanical systems projects.

Our Employees & Apprentices

At Venture, all of our employees are considered family and are always encouraged to rise to the top. We have been fortunate to keep a number of long time employees who take up apprenticeship in our industry. We have no desire for employees to remain as labourers and we encourage them to pick a trade in which they have an interest to become journeyed.
